#Arrested - Wirksworth...

Hello All

Yesterday you may have noticed a buzz around the Recreation Road area of Wirksworth.

Due to reports from concerned residents around suspicious activity at an address - your Safer Neighbourhood Team headed to the address immediately.

The suspect decided not to stick around and fled the address garden hopping - after a brief foot chase, SNT supported by your Local Policing Unit and Police Dog - located the suspect and was arrested. - Let's face it no one is a match for our Police Dogs (well done Yolo - he was rewarded with treats and a toy).

Our investigation is ongoing and we will provide updates as soon as possible.
